You are able to cancel without charge at least 24 hours in advance from the start of your scheduled cleaning. Any cancellations after the 24 hours you will be charged 25% of your package price. You are able to reschedule your cleaning without charge at least 24 hours in advance from the start time of your scheduled cleaning.

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
No. Unless you have specific products or equipment you want us to use.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

How soon can I recieve service for COVID-19?
Currently we are booking and scheduling clients everyday according to their needs. Usually clients are put on the schedule and recieve services within a couple of days.
What are the best practices to prevent COVID-19?
Clean your hands often, either with soap and water for 20 seconds or a hand santizer that contains at least 70% alcohol.
What practices do you have in place for COVID-19?
Our professionals are required sanitize and disinfect large areas and spaces with the use of our ULV Cold fogger machines equipped with special chemicals to help combat Covid-19 and all other viruses. Our team is equipped with protective body and eye wear as well as masks and gloves for their own protection.
Are staff allowed on the premises while services are being conducted?
We are strict during our cleaning process and ask that all establisments be free and clear of all personnel before the commencement of our services to ensure the safety of us and others.
How long does the sanitizing process take?
Depending on size and space, each job varies. Usually our team gets the job done within a matter of an hour or so. We focus more on getting the job done rather than the time as everything needs to be carefully sprayed then wiped and cleaned methodically.
How long before we can resume business operations after sanitizing?
Normally, our team focus more on completing the task after business hours so that the environment has time to settle for few hours. Because of the type of chemicals we use business can resume almost immediately. However, we always instruct our clients to wait an hour or so before doing so.
Do I have to Sanitize my business or office everyday?
While it is completely safe to do so, there is no requirement on our behalf to have to utilize our services any more needed. Some businesses and compainies aren't sanitizing and disinfecting their establishments at all and they are still open to the public. However, the risk run extremely high for those establishments because of the traffic which makes them vulernable to being exposed to an airborne virus. We have contracts for reoccurring clients that use our services as little as once a week, twice a week all the way to contracts of 5-15 times a month depending on their needs or the amount of visitors who frequent their establishment per week. So it's up to you.
